Terms and conditions apply. Offer is valid from February 12th 2021 to February 25th 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
Purchase from any authorized Canadian retailer, samsung.com/ca or Samsung Experience Store in Canada any eligible 2021 Samsung TV (set out below) during the Promotion Period and receive up to $200 in Uber Eats Vouchers (which can be redeemed from the Uber Eats App) when you register your purchase with Samsung by March 11th, 2021.

To receive your applicable $100/$200 Uber Eats Voucher that can be applied towards your new or existing Uber Eats account, a Samsung Account is required. If you don’t already have an existing Samsung Account, setting up a Samsung Account is free. To set up your Samsung Account, go to http://www.samsung.com/ca/samsungaccount/.
Following completion of your Samsung Account set-up process, please register your purchase of an eligible 2021 Samsung TV by following the process set out below.
How to register you Samsung TV:
STEP ONE Sign up or Log in to Samsung Account: http://www.samsung.com/ca/samsungaccount/
STEP TWO Ensure your address is entered in full and your contact details are up-to-date under My Account
STEP THREE Ensure your eligible Samsung TV is registered under My Products
STEP FOUR Find the Uber Eats Voucher offer under My Offers and submit a claim by completing the online form in your Samsung Account.
STEP FIVE Attach the invoice in your online submission. Combine all your invoice images into one PDF.
Note: As part of completing the product registration process for your eligible 2021 Samsung TV, you will be required to SCAN your ORIGINAL invoice and upload it with your submission. Samsung reserves the right to ask for an ORIGINAL invoice and additional documentation in the event of any discrepancy or dispute and for identification purposes prior to fulfilling the redemption.
Once you complete the product registration process and your claim has been verified and approved by Samsung, you will receive an email confirmation with your unique Uber Eats Voucher. If Samsung approves your claim, it will send you the Voucher link to your email address registered with Samsung Account within 15 days from the product registration date.
Samsung takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, or delayed claims. Incomplete or illegible request forms may delay fulfillment of your request. All submissions require you to provide your product serial numbers. Samsung TV serial numbers are located on the back panel of the Samsung TV. Samsung must receive all completed product registration forms no later than 11:59pm EST on March 11th, 2021.
If you return your eligible 2021 Samsung TV to the participating retailer, samsung.com/ca or Samsung Experience Store in Canada, you will no longer be entitled to the $100/$200 Uber Eats Voucher (depending on TV model) Limit of one (1) Uber Eats Voucher per customer per eligible 2021 Samsung TV purchased. Uber Eats Vouchers are unique and are non-transferable. $100/$200 Uber Eats Voucher (depending on TV model) can be used multiple times until it reaches the Voucher value but must be redeemed in its entirety by April 15, 2021 at 11:59pm EST. Authorized Canadian retailers may vary. While supplies last. No rainchecks. Offer has no cash value. Offer open to legal residents of Canada only. How to redeem your Uber Eats Voucher:
- Click on your unique Uber Eats Voucher hyperlink in the confirmation email from Samsung and then select “ADD VOUCHER”.
- Download and launch an Uber Eats App on your device, or go to https://www.ubereats.com/ca. Sign in to you Uber Eats Account on the Uber Eats App if you are an existing customer or create a new account.
- If you do not already have an Uber Eats Account, you will be required to agree to the Uber Technologies Inc. Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy as part of the account set-up process. - The $100/$200 Uber Eats Voucher (depending on TV model) will be automatically added to your Uber Eats Account.
- Tap launch Uber Eats in your Uber Eats App to order a meal.
- At the time of order checkout, the Uber Eats Voucher will appear as a payment method which you can use to complete the order.
- $100/$200 Uber Eats Voucher (depending on TV model) must be redeemed in its entirety by April 15, 2021 at 11:59pm EST.

ÉTAPE QUATRE Trouvez l’offre de bon pour Uber Eats sous l’onglet Mes offres et soumettez une demande en remplissant le formulaire en ligne dans votre compte Samsung.
ÉTAPE CINQ Joignez la facture à votre soumission en ligne. Réunissez toutes les images de votre facture dans un PDF.
